Terms & Conditions — jata365 Platform Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jata365 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms govern all aspects of your relationship with jata365, including but not limited to account registration and management, deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), participation in casino games and sports betting markets, claiming bonuses and promotional offers, use of customer support services, and any other interaction with the jata365 platform.

These Terms apply to all players accessing jata365 from Bangladesh, including players located in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, and Mymensingh. By continuing to use this platform, you acknowledge that you have had a reasonable opportunity to review these Terms and that you accept them without reservation.

jata365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or through an on-platform notification. Your continued use of jata365 following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to jata365 and participation in any of its games, betting markets, or promotional activities is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are 18 years of age or older. jata365 enforces a strict 18+ policy across the entire platform without exception.
• You are accessing the platform on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of any other person or entity.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling activities are prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not an employee, contractor, consultant, officer, director, or close family member of any person employed by jata365 or any of its affiliated game providers.
• You have not previously been self-excluded, banned, or had your account suspended by jata365 for any reason.
• You are acting in a personal capacity and are not using the platform for any commercial or business purpose.

jata365 takes its obligation to prevent underage gambling extremely seriously. We reserve the right to request age verification documentation from any player at any time. Until satisfactory proof of age is provided, jata365 may restrict access to deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay. If it is established at any point that a player is under 18 years of age, their account will be immediately and permanently closed, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposited funds will be returned to the originating payment method following the completion of a verification process.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of services on jata365 — including real-money casino games, sports betting, and bonus offers — you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number linked to a supported payment method such as bKash, Nagad, or Rocket.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on jata365. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. jata365 employs advanced fraud detection systems capable of identifying duplicate accounts. Upon detection, all associated accounts will be suspended, winnings will be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

jata365 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering best practices. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents to verify your identity and/or payment method:

• A government-issued photo identification document (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within 90 days)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of bKash or Nagad account registered in your name)

Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by our support team may result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is complete. jata365 will not process any withdrawal request from an account that has not completed the applicable level of KYC verification.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your jata365 account credentials. You agree to notify our support team immediately at support@jata365 if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. jata365 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

jata365 processes all financial transactions exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We do not accept deposits in foreign currencies, and we do not apply currency conversion to any player transaction. The following payment methods are currently supported on the jata365 platform:

4.1 Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction caps.
• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment gateway.
• Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) Bangladesh Standard Time (BST) business day to appear in your account balance, depending on the processing speed of your bank.
• jata365 does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — please consult your provider's fee schedule.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the same payment method and account used for the corresponding deposit. We do not redirect funds to a different wallet or bank account.
• Before any withdrawal can be processed, the player's account must have completed the required KYC verification level as described in Section 3.2.
• Withdrawal requests submitted to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically processed within two (2) to twenty-four (24) hours of approval, subject to verification checks.
• Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) BST business days to arrive in your account, depending on your bank's processing schedules.
• jata365 reserves the right to delay any withdrawal request pending additional security or identity verification checks, particularly for first-time withdrawals or where unusual account activity has been detected.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

jata365 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. These include welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions timed around events such as the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), IPL, Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), and Independence Day (March 26). All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses issued by jata365 carry a wagering requirement, which specifies the total amount that must be wagered before any bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable funds. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly on the promotional offer page at the time of claiming. Unless stated otherwise, wagering requirements must be completed within thirty (30) days of the bonus being credited to your account. Failure to complete the wagering requirement within this period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

5.2 Game Contribution Rates

Different game categories contribute at different rates towards the fulfilment of wagering requirements. Online slots typically contribute at 100% of each wager staked. Live casino games (including Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Teen Patti, and Andar Bahar) and sports betting markets may contribute at a lower rate — typically between 10% and 25% — as specified in the individual promotion's terms. 5.3 Bonus Abuse

jata365 actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, the use of low-risk betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, and the exploitation of errors in promotional configurations. Where bonus abuse is detected, jata365 reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, cancel associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the player's account.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All casino games available on jata365 — including online slots, live dealer tables, fishing games, and crash games — are supplied by third-party game providers. Each game operates according to its own set of rules, which are accessible via the information panel within the game interface. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have familiarised yourself with the applicable rules.

All games use certified random number generators (RNG) to determine outcomes. The RNG systems used by our providers — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, Hacksaw Gaming, Red Tiger, and Play'n GO — are independently tested and certified by accredited third-party testing laboratories. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published within each game's information panel and represent the theoretical long-term return over a statistically significant number of game rounds.

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or network interruption during a game round, the affected round will be investigated by our technical team. jata365 reserves the right to void any game round in which a technical error has materially affected the outcome. In such cases, the staked amount for the affected round will be returned to the player's account balance. jata365's decision in such disputes is final, subject to the complaints process described in our FAQ.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the jata365 platform. Engaging in any of the following constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to appropriate authorities:

• Fraudulent activity — including the use of stolen payment credentials, false identity documents, or any form of financial fraud in connection with your jata365 account.
• Money laundering — using jata365 as a mechanism to conceal, transfer, or legitimise the proceeds of any criminal activity.
• Collusion — cooperating with other players in live dealer games, poker, or any other multi-player format in a manner designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Use of automated software — deploying bots, scripts, macros, or any other automated tool to interact with the jata365 platform in place of genuine human play.
• Exploitation of system errors — knowingly exploiting a software bug, pricing error, or misconfigured odds to generate profit at the expense of jata365.
• Multiple account registration — registering more than one player account, whether to claim duplicate bonuses, circumvent account restrictions, or for any other purpose.
• Misrepresentation of identity — registering an account or verifying your identity using false, fabricated, or another person's personal information.
• Abusive behaviour — directing abusive, threatening, defamatory, or harassing communications toward jata365 staff, support agents, or other platform users.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

jata365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — the following circumstances:

• Suspected or confirmed breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete identity verification within the stipulated timeframe
• Detection of fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity on the account
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a payment provider
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding twelve (12) months
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the player or a verified third party on their behalf
• Instruction received from a competent legal or regulatory authority

In cases of account closure due to a proven breach of these Terms, jata365 reserves the right to forfeit any balance remaining in the account, including real-money funds, bonus balances, and pending withdrawal requests. Where account closure occurs for non-breach reasons (such as voluntary self-exclusion or platform-initiated closure unrelated to player misconduct), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method following the completion of applicable verification procedures.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting our support team at support@jata365. Please note that voluntary account closure requests cannot be processed while there is an active pending withdrawal or open wagering requirement on a bonus balance. All such outstanding items must be resolved prior to closure.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who believe their gambling is becoming problematic are strongly encouraged to request a self-exclusion. Self-exclusion periods are available for durations of one (1) month, three (3) months, six (6) months, one (1) year, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be locked and you will be unable to deposit, wager, or claim bonuses. jata365 will also take reasonable steps to prevent the creation of new accounts during an active self-exclusion period.
